Benefits Plus, Inc, was established and founded in 1985 by James W. Weiss. We are a benefit consulting firm currently working with employer groups in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We offer Group Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and Retirements plans. Recently, we have repositioned the company and are focusing more on Technology, Human Resources and Human Capital Management.
We now offer a private labeled HRIS system; Benefits Plus HRO. This system integrates; Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance & compliance. It also features a “Pay as you go” Workers’ Compensation program for companies with as few as 25 employees to as large as 5000. In most cases the cost of this system is no greater than what a company is currently
paying for just payroll services.
