Benefits Plus, Inc, was established and founded in 1985 by James W. Weiss. We are a benefit consulting firm currently working with employer groups across the country. We offer Group Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and Retirements plans. Recently, we have repositioned the company and are focusing more on Technology, Human Resources and Human Capital Management.
We now offer an HRIS platform by Unicorn HRO. This system integrates; Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance & compliance. It also features a “Pay as you go” Workers’ Compensation program for companies with as few as 25 employees to as large as 5000. In most cases the cost of this system is no greater than what a company is currently
paying for just payroll services.
We now have a new company called Enhanced Benefit Solutions, LLC. It is a Worksite Voluntary benefits enrollment company that will meet with companies, discuss the right insurance company to use, and then we have enrollers that will come into the company to meet with each employee. We will then assist you with the billing by reconciling your bill each month and then, let you know how much to pay the insurance company.
